Apparently, mines adjacent to Seowons can lose science if the Seowon itself is hit by a disaster?
Unconfirmed, reported second hand through a stream.

Intended behavior:

1. +1 science on each mine tile adjacent to a Seowon
2. +1 science on Seowon for every 2 adjacent mines

Pillaged seowons should not affect behavior of 1
