Create and publish L2 calibration data using Olivier's procedure

1. • Identify inputs to algorithm
2. • Look at compilation options (C or C++ code) or rewite in python?
3. • Crate and L2 product i.e a fits file to hold output
4. • Integrate into pipeline
5. • Produce files and test
6. • Deliver to ESA for white list
