DENSE pipeline fails at genEra step – missing Diamond .bout file

I'm running the DENSE pipeline and it fails at this step: DENSE_WF:DENSE:GENERA (phylostratigraphy)
I get this error:

Do you know what causes this and how to fix it?

Hi Elmira,

It was a short-lived remaining line of code let by mistake.
It was suppressed in the last commit 666ae1c two weeks ago :)
Could you use this new commit and check it now works for you ?
Don't forget to remove "~/.nextflow/assets/i2bc/dense/" if you downloaded DENSE via nextflow.
