Keyboard controls are not functional in chat interface

When running the interactive chat interface, various key sequences are reported as being used
for control.

However these do not function - in particular CTRL-C (or CMD-C?) to exit (double ESC does work, but is not reported on screen). Similarly PgUp/PgDn to scroll through the chat do not work.

Further, there should be keyboard sequences in the supervisor to navigate between panes, and select a component.
Whilst clicks do work, both for accessibility and general ease of use, I would expect keyboard control to work.
This is especially confusing when a text-oriented UI is presented

Chat interface is now fully controllable via keyboard, actually we stopped support mouse events at all.
