Auto-pause video when annotating

Post release feedback:

I'm finding it a bit clunky that I have to click "pause" whenever i want to select text to annotate. If I select text to annotate, and start to type, the video just keeps playing and then I'm all lost and whatnot. Might it be possible in the future for the video to auto-pause once someone selects texts and clicks "annotate"?
