+## 1. Pre-existing Rights (Background IP)
+The Participant declares that the functional core of this project integrates specific Open Source components as detailed in the repository's license files. Aside from these established Open Source frameworks, no proprietary background IP or restricted third-party code has been integrated. All original contributions to the functional core have been created specifically for this Challenge.

+## 2. Sideground IP
+The Participant declares that **no Sideground IP** (intellectual property created in parallel to the Challenge) is necessary for the use, reproduction, or maintenance of the functional core submitted.
