add fixtures from JSON repository to allow for snake_case and camelCase versions

currently v2 tests are breaking because they're not using fixtures, they're using prod data which changes

we need to create a version of the JSON repo that doesn't update! like keep it on a hash without updating it to latest.

other approach is to create a new repo, and remove the workflows. Not sure this is ideal.
