MTLS failed due to internal Microfab proxy

Hello everyone.

Some days ago I try to run Microfab container with peer dev mode enabled. In this mode, Chaincode connects to peer service with mTls. Internal Microfab proxy dose not pass Chaincode provided certs to peer. I get some error log in container related to tls handshake and client dose not provide cert.
