Is hyperic.org down permanently?

I'm trying to build this project but maven requests to:
http://maven.cm.hyperic.org/release/org/hyperic/hq/hq-common/5.8.6/hq-common-5.8.6.pom
are returning

Similarly http://hyperic.org isn't returning anything

Is this a temporary glitch?
