Doc strings for IntelliSense #3
Description
As an SDK user,
I want to see IntelliSense within my IDE when viewing the hyper service methods
so that I can learn about what each method does, its parameters, and return types and click on links to relevant documentation in archbee and even an example or two.
Create documentation annotation for each hyper-service method.
