Runtime error with jaxlib configuration

Hi,
We're seeing 

Runtime error:  jaxlib version is 0.1.69 but this version of jax requires 0.3.14.  

Can I just modify the jaxlib + cuda download to 0.3.14 and rebuild? It looks like the address for jaxlib+cuda and the install syntax has changed as well
