KeyR doesn't work for long timer

After 03f89c5 (Title change priority : short > long),
🐛 KeyR for reset doesn't work for long timer at the first time, when both timer is ON together.
Hitting KeyR again shows normal behavior.

dispatch called by useEffect[didStart]
But, key 'Space' works fine for both timer.

Difference between keyDown action for 'Space' and 'keyR'?
Space : calls setDidStart(didStart => !didStart)
keyR : calls reset() → reset calls setDidStart(false) and setCurTime

Removing setCurTime from reset solves the issue → Why??

Q. Long timer needs 2 re-render (one from setDidStart, one from dispatch), but only one is shown. Why?

setCurTime 함수 있을 때

reset 함수 호출 시 : setDidStart → 호출된 dispatch가 re-render → setCurTime
(💡 setDidStart, setCurTime is batched together; ∵ inside same function, reset)

🔥 Can't understand why 'LONG KeyR' is ignored
(Hypothesis : LONG KeyR I/O entry lost while taking care of short timer re-render?)

Q. long timer의 dispatch로 인한 re-render는 Short keyR 눌렀을 때 이미 일어나서 아래에선 일어나면 안되는데..

dispatch를 활용하면 re-rendering이 뒤섞이면서 키가 씹히는 이상한 문제가 발생하는 것 같은데, 리액트와 JS가 함수 호출 / re-rendering / 키 입력 I/O 처리하는 과정에서 뭔가 꼬인 것 같다 (내가 직접 고치기엔 힘들 것 같음)
