[Feature request] Send custom commands

The only thing this project is missing is the ability to send custom commands. Currently, the controls are limited to what has been baked into the app. But if there was a way to send custom commands, you could do almost anything that you can do on the desktop, through your phone.
My idea would be to have a menu in the app that has a list of defined commands, for example:

- add brightness 1
- add brightness -1
- add gamma 1
- add gamma -1
- screenshot

- script_message bookmarker-menu
- script_message crop

If I remember well, someone already mentioned something similar to this functionality. It's probably possible to implement it to the REST API.
I don't have an idea, how I should implement this on the frontend, I'm not a UI/UX designer (as you can see from my app design 😁). If you have any idea about how this functionality should look in the app, please let me know.

One idea is to add a new button in the Player tab that opens a menu with a list of your defined commands and a "+" button that lets you add new commands.
Another idea would be to make a new tab for custom commands. For example:

Player
Playlist
Custom commands
Settings
About

The UI would be the same as the "Media collections" UI, but for commands. But I'm personally happy with any frontend implementation.

Just some update: I've implemented the desired function on the API. Still needs implementation on the app though.
