Rerun master python script to update all Leetcode data

I've noticed that LeetCode has updated a lot of their problems, the wording and function signature and stuff like that - need to re-run the python script to fetch these details and update everything to keep it in sync

also, I wonder how difficult it would be to auto update all users problems as well directly in the DB. I'll explore

• EDIT nope, I was looking at Python instead of Python3 lol. But still might apply for other updates to problems, might be a good idea to rerun the script anyway
