addition of new api for llms

can you please add option in setting where we can add base URL, API. model name. this will allow to use other llms too as per user's choice

Relevant files to look at would be:

• ProblemQueue.tsx and Problem.tsx
• Settings.tsx, and the API endpoints updateUserSettings.ts and getUserSettings.ts (this is where & how the user sets the OpenAI key)
• openai.ts
