add a "blogs" or "newsroom"-type page

add a blog page, and a sample blog template that will be reused for all blog pages created going forward. (this will be accessible only from the landing page, add a button in the Navbar for it). blog pages are really good for SEO! This could be a great way for developers to contribute, they can create a new blog and write about their experiences with Repcode or job search.
