Confusing error message for members not added to an H2

Issue Description

"Agency" H2s do not have access error message is confusing. It states I am not logged in and it's rather I do not have the permissions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any of the below urls as a non-added user
   https://agency.hmn.md/2022/05/18/agency-day-retreat/
   https://agency.hmn.md/2022/05/19/leadership-behaviours-workshop/
2. You will see the following error message:

Expected Result:

The message should state something in the lines of "You do not have the correct permissions please get in touch with..."

Need to determine if we can get any information from the API on whether a user should have access or not, since at the moment I believe it's a pretty generic 40x-series error code.

Backup plan if we can't get info about user state out of WP, change the text to say "you are not signed in or may not have permission"
