Put a link or linked heading at the top of emails

Issue Description

When opening an email it can be nicer to read it on the H2, but to get to the link you have to scroll through the entire post skim reading. If you just scroll to the bottom you might be at the bottom of a tonne of comment replies

Steps to reproduce:

Open an email from H2

Expected Result:

Ideally there's a link or a clickable title at the top of the email that goes straight to the h2

I think we're looking at adding a modification in https://github.com/humanmade/Falcon/blob/93c2bd89afd6ecee03707b68d4baf443664da724/library/Falcon/Connector/WordPress.php#L217 OR (and possibly easier/better) to hook something onto the falcon.connector.wordpress.post_content_html filter to add that link up top.

Smells like a 1 or 2 tops.
