Adding author and project URL in the script

Hi,

This script is very useful in my work and I tend to deploy it on my personal environments.
But for someone who discover this tool on a server (for example) it could be nice to know what is the project URL, in case he wants to upgrade it or having more information (such as the man page).

I suggest you write a header with tour name/contact, project URL, a brief description of the usage, maybe the license as well. This project deserves it.

Oh yeah - good idea indeed! Just to clarify - do you mean in the -h output? Because it is actually in the manpage already

Hi @hukl, no I meant in the script's header, so anyone who reads it can find the github project and your infos.

To be honest when I need to get hostmux I just get the bash script and ignore the rest. So the man page never follows.
