Test ARM64 images before pushing #118
Description
Currently, only AMD64 images were tested before pushing, it would be great if the tests can be applied on ARM64 as well.
It may requires to upload the built images with @actions/artifact and load it to another job to process test, once all tests passed and then push to registry.
