Add UI testing for iOS 18 and iOS 26

While manually testing the differences between two major versions was manageable, it becomes increasingly annoying as more features are added. What is needed is a system that can run UI tests and provide screenshots showing how certain actions appear on different systems.

Additionally, it should also test in horizontal orientation, dark/light themes and such.
