Constraining Issues with Links containing "/"

It appears that attempting to constrain issues on a repo link that contains "/" (i.e discorick/bug) can cause exceptions in Ghee.

A side affect of this breakage is a malformed linked repo label on the parent repo which must be manually deleted on GitHub to resolve.

I've bumped this into our Next Release column to raise visibility. I expect it's probably a relatively simple fix, if someone outside the core team wanted to take a crack at it.
