Update/expand ASCTB-TEMP code handler #37
Description
Codes like: "β cells (INS+)" are not handled well (becomes ASCTB-TEMP:-cells-ins-). Ideally the temp code generator takes into account unicode characters and doesn't include a dash prefix. This will break historical code/graphs, so tread lightly.
