Update D.O. project when adding a new github tag

Can HubDrop update the D.O. project when adding a new release (github tag)?
For example this project https://github.com/drupalprojects/sage/releases has 2 releases but there is no such tag available on D.O. project (https://www.drupal.org/project/sage).

If not, which is the procedure to update the D.O. project from Github?

Sorry to bother again, is this project (HubDrop) active?

It seems that no push happen to D.O. when there are commits to Github...
