Latest version(s) are not published on npm

When I install vhinfo or remove and reinstall I get the version that does not have the change for jquery for example. 
```
$ npm ls vhinfo
vhfinfo@0.0.34 /home/pi/.signalk/node_modules/vhfinfo
```

Looking into the changes it seems this was published the 15th of august. Any changes after that, for example the jquery update made on the 17th are not published on npm.
