Invalid File Created #1

Hi Dev,
I run this project and encode a image its successfully create wsq file but when i decode a wsq file its create tif file format that shows invalid image preview that means the wsq file not create valid image.
I am trying to convert normal camera image to wsq file
kindly look at this issue or suggest me.
