Add Safari data lose warning

Safari deletes all website resources (IndexedDB, OPFS) if user don’t visit webapp for a week.

So users who started the app in local mode and haven’t created cloud account yet could lose their data.

We need to warn Safari uses only about this problem and suggest create cloud account or install webapp as PWA
