For spase://NASA/DisplayData/Wind/WAVES/All/DS/Color_PS/P1D, the first //AccessInformation/AccessURL/URL (involving a redirect) https://solar-radio.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/wind/ps_plots/ is broken. And the second //AccessURL/URL is ftps which is not very useful. Instead of fixing the redirect (@candeynasa), the simplest fix may be to eliminate the first URL and change the second to https.
