Option to sort output

Being able to sort results (ascending/descending) would make it easier to pick up the users/projects taking up the most space.

To which extent do you think you can achieve this by running the sort utility on the output? For example,

duduckdb /data/leuven/public/staging-stats/stg_00063.parquet --max-depth=1 | sort -n -k 2 -r

would sort directories from large to small size. You do lose some features, such as human-readable sizes, this way. If you want, we can do the sorting inside the duduckdb utility, but I also don't want to make the tool too complicated.

This definitely is a quality of life improvement, but the use-case I had yesterday was "Quickly generate an overview of which projects are using the most storage. Send that over to the responsable and let them decide what can be removed". Which is likely how I'll use this most of the time in the future. Here having a human readable sorted list would be the ideal output.

That being said, not having a flag in the tool to do so is (for me) a minor inconvenience (and I can work around it using sort), so I get your point of not adding unneeded bulk to the tool.
