Reconcile url and app creds to API

• Add app url per hossted app
• Add credentials ( applicative and HTTP auth)
• Create rellevent secrets and reconcile them
• PRovide guideline to @alex-bondarev-linnovate on hot to decode secrets (he will store them encoded)
