Make a Maven package for the plugin and test API usage #25
Description
I want other plugins to be able to add their own event types, add their own timer locations and listen for random events. I believe this is already possible, but this needs to be tested and it would simpler if an official Maven package was made. Documentation could also be made, but this would likely just be using the GitHub wiki
