`description` object in ``holo` configuration should accept <space character> 

As per choice made [here](https://github.com/holo-routing/holo/pull/19#issuecomment-2054109645) in [PR#19](https://github.com/holo-routing/holo/pull/19).

`holo-cli` should accept `<space-character>`
