I encountered a recurring "broken pipe" issue during file transfers. This seems to happen intermittently, possibly when the sender or receiver unexpectedly closes the connection, or under specific load conditions.

Could you confirm if this is a known issue or if there are any recommended settings (timeouts, buffer sizes, retries, etc.) that might help mitigate it? I’ve reviewed the documentation and KNOWN-BUGS file but didn’t find a reference to this particular case.

If useful, I’m happy to share logs or further system details to help with diagnosis.
