Hi Alex,

I’m trying to run the CAMPARI/ABSINTH workflow from delrosso_suzuki_et_al_2025 (from housetools.parameters import AADICT_3to1) and Langstein-Skora_2026 (from housetools import nucleic_acid_tools ) , I wonder it is possible to provide housetools scripts of this part ?

Sorry ,I figure out the import problem But Now I run second step campari minimize but encount following error " Fatal. Cannot find first residue (ACE) in PDB-file (truncated.pdb)." I check the repo folder my output is the same as truncated.pdb and seq.in (ACE cap) . I have no idea how to figure it out and it would be great that you can give some suggestion.
