Short Description
Hi Holdex team — I’m Annie Li, a product designer with ~10 years across financial services and SaaS, and I’m happiest when I can own a problem end-to-end and sweat the UI details.
At HSBC, I redesigned the new-customer onboarding journey from first click to first transaction, lifting completion by 24.5% and supporting $4.29B in new revenue. I also led an analytics-driven investment messaging experience that increased click rate by 27% and contributed to 37% revenue growth.
