Alpha Transparency Issues #63

Description

@ShowinGrowin

The fur effect has problems rendering behind certain materials. In fact this a general problem with alpha materials. Using "COPY" instead of "ALPHA" on a material doesn't tend to have this issue though you lose a lot of control you would otherwise have.

In this example we have the buffalo with a fur effect on it. You can see the issue more prominently because it is right next to other materials. To clarify, the head and the horns both use their own materials and textures. But as you can see when the fur effect goes near it, it begins to show whats behind them (the background color) instead of what it should be showing.

A similar issue related to this can be seen in the original bf. As you can see the objects behind this glass window are rendering as if they are in front of it. In general there seems to be some problems with transparent textures rendering things in the wrong order.
