UK101 not displaying

I thought this would be an easy one, but I'm not getting any display at all. Cable is built per my understanding of the wiring charts. Although I cannot find any specific information, I assume the 6-pin analog input is numbered as a crimp-on header would be: Pin one in the lower left corner, odd pins on the bottom, even on the top?

Attached is a set of screen shots showing the configuration. My monitor cannot display 50 Hz. Vertical, but I assume there's a conversion made in this case?

UPDATE: It appears that the UK101 profile may be incorrect. I accidentally switched to 'Superboard II (50 Hz)' and the display came right up and looks quite good. Let me know if you need any further information to get to the bottom of this issue?
