Amiga 600 RGB2HDMI and audio board - will it work?

Will the audio board work with RGB2HDMI and the Amiga 600?

How do I solder the audio board to the RGB2HDMI connector, as I don't think it can be done from the RGB2HDMI side?

Can I solder it directly to the RBPi0 as in the picture and will it work?
