Remove need for some dependencies

Both of these are licensed under GPL, which limits our choice of license to GPL as well. We may want to change this at some point.

• Unidecode: we want to support non-ASCII character sets anyway (see Add internationalization #51), so this is hopefully not needed anymore in the future
• html2text: this is trickier, may not be easily replacable
