Add 'Read More Divider' Button to Toolbar #9

Very nice plugin!
I have one wish though. It would be nice if the plugin included a button to insert the <!--more--> tag used to mark where the post excerpt should stop when viewing it from the main page or an archive page.
This is included in the default visual editor, and including it here would make this plugin a really good alternative to the default (even better than it currently is). I think this should be possible by configuring the SimpleMDE editor with a custom button.
Alternatively you could add a config/settings page to allow the user to customize which buttons he or she wants to use.
