How does the substitution scheduling feature work within the ‘match orders’ in ‘formation’? Correct minute based on stamina

Hello, everyone!
I'm having trouble understanding how the substitution scheduling feature works within the ‘match orders’ section of ‘formation’.

Let me explain: I would like to know if there is a way to determine the best time to substitute between two players based on their stamina.

Once I have set the players, I can move the minutes cursor and the hatstatt and loddarstat change below (or rather, the first remains the same and the second changes). What is the best point? What do the two values mean?

I usually use an external site to find the best moment, but it would be much more convenient here.

No se si es lo mas correcto, pero en mi caso lo que hago e ver en el minuto 0 cuales son las stats de los jugadores candidatos a entrar en las posiciones de los jugadores que voy a substituir.
Luego voy jugando con los minutos hasta encontrar el punto en el que el rendimiento del jugador titular es inferior al substituto en el minuto 0 y ahi programo el cambio.

No se si hay otra manera mejor de hacerlo, seria genial si esto se pudiera hacer mas facil y ademas se tuvieran en cuenta los cambios y marcajes en las simulaciones.

Yo personalmente lo veo primero en la pantalla de alineación y veo cual es el momento que me interesa y una vez decidido voy a la pestaña de cambios y lo programo directamente, pero entiendo que como dices tu tambien debe funcionar.
