MT844089.1 is a real world test case that the ORF7a was replaced by nanoluciferase. The post-align still works but it fails to remove 7 redundant frameshifts from the alignment: ORF7a:35del1bp, ORF7a:55ins2bp_GT, ORF7a:67ins1bp_A, ORF7a:73ins1bp_C, ORF7a:81ins2bp_GT, ORF7a:97ins2bp_CG, ORF7a:100del1bp.
