Withdrawal is held for no reason at all.  No responses from support.

Hi, Again.  I have been sending messages to the support since yesterday.  my withdrawal has failed although I followed the instructions to the t.  My messages to the support constantly with captcha failed message although I get a check mark from the captcha.  I have cleared my cache, rebooted my firefox, and used incognito to contact the support.
