[Bug]: Internal caches can become an issue in long-running processes

What happened?

For performance reasons, Verbs internally caches data, but if those caches aren't flushed, it can cause a memory leak. We need to investigate.

How to reproduce the bug

Fire 100,000's of events inside an artisan command 🤦‍♂️

Hi there,

I seem to be having the same issue when replaying a large set (300k+) of events. The replay command is killed by the OOM. From what I understand, it is because the remember when reading events (readEvents) in the EventStore. I tried removing the remeber when no state given (which I believe would be what you would want in your case) and also chunking the events in the Broker when replaying. I am curious to hear your thoughts on this.
