这个报错可以忽略，因为它对整体的运行没有影响。
👉️ 报错原因是：脚本运行时会自动下载上一次上传的数据库，Actions 初次运行时，未找到vulns-db数据库会出现错误提示，不过随后会自动创建表，也就是说，即便下载失败，脚本也能自己初始化数据库并正常运行。
