When adding host you can see all available users on the platform

Not sure if this has been reported before but this is a major privacy issue since I can type a few letters can get every user on the site. Example image below.

Noticed that every user is public, possible solution can be in settings a user can opt to be private and therefore not visible in the search (only added as host/contact/guest) through email.
