Generate a file named after ### nucleotide_p.ptc_n.btn_GSE_original.tsv, I want to know what these Positive integer mean, as indicated in the box.

by the way ，I am confused with the results;
Even though I tuned the parameters "-P 1 -c 1 -CpN 1 -d 1 " there was no DMR.

could you please provide a copy of your input file, 499/6 is impossible, every number should be in [0,1], this fraction is outside of that range
