Brave browser blocks form submission

It looks like the approach in this plugin is not going to work with the Brave browser because list-manage.com domain is on https://disconnect.me/trackerprotection/blocked list.

I'm moving to an approach that's similar to what you described in https://twitter.com/_HHFF/status/862364227943759876

👍 yup - ultimately the way this lib works is kinda a hack. That's what I'd recommend too.
