How can I get the cluster information of cells after densvis processing?

I'm wondering whether the cluster information of cells be changed after densvis processing,in other words,how can I get that ? The mapping of colors is required when drawing.

I don't quite understand the question. Have you clustered the cells already and are now applying densVis? If so, the ordering of the output rows will be the same as the ordering of the input, so the cluster labels you have initially can be mapped over.
