New to Laravel....update got it working!

Hi Im new to laravel ( though I am learning a lot day by day)
I have installed this script for testing but Im a little confused about where to put the Button code?
Do I paste it in the http/controller /controller.php file?

Any suggestions would be welcomed....or even a simple text steb by step

I finally got the script to work and. Was more simple than I thought and it could so easily be written here in a few lines!

Whilst I dont expect full support what is the point of throwing up scripts that the author rarely comments on?
